How do I apply

Please read the information below before making a new application or amending an existing application. Note that you must update both your parent and child details, as well as selecting nursery preferences. Click the button to find our application portal.

You will receive a confirmation email regarding the safe receipt of your application. Please follow the instructions the email contains carefully, for example if we ask you to provide evidence of your eligibility for a University nursery place. Amendments to nursery applications can be made at any time before a placement is offered and this will not affect your waiting list position.

Please note that applicants are responsible for updating their contact details and informing Childcare Services if their eligibility changes. It is essential that we have an up to date primary email address on file as this is how we will make you an offer of a nursery place. Please ensure that you respond to your offer within the timeframe stated on your offer letter (usually 3 working days).

Offers are made approximately two months in advance of the requested start date so please make sure your nursery preferences are kept up to date. If you are offered and decline a placement that matches your application three times, your application will be removed from the database. Failure to respond to an offer of a nursery place can also result in your application being removed from the database.
