Funding

Funding for graduate courses is competitive, but the University offers more support than you might think. In the 2024-25 academic year, just over 48% of our new graduate students received full or partial funding from the University or other funders.

Loan funding is dependent on your country of residence, as it is often linked to government or state-run schemes.

Living costs

Your living costs can vary significantly dependent on your lifestyle. These are estimated to be between £1,405 and £2,105 per month in 2026-27. We provide the cost per month so you can multiply up by the number of months you expect to live in Oxford.

Financial Declaration

If you receive an offer of a place, your college (or, for some courses, your department) will require you to complete a Financial Declaration form in order to meet your financial condition of admission.
