Financial declaration

The Financial Declaration is sent to all applicants who have been offered a place to study at the University of Oxford, and forms part of the conditions of admission. The form also aims to ensure that incoming students are fully aware of the expected fees and living costs for their course at Oxford. It is a student’s opportunity to consider very carefully the financial commitment they are entering into and to take full responsibility for it.

Yes, there is an option to 'save' at the bottom of the form. Clicking this button will save your progress so you can return to this later.

You will receive a Financial Declaration Form after your college or departmental (sometimes called UAB) offer, depending on the course you have applied to. If there is a query in relation to your fee status then your form will be sent after this has been confirmed as Home or Overseas.

If you are a graduate applicant with a Graduate Self-Service account, Graduate Admissions can assist with problems accessing your portal. Details of how to contact the team can be found at the linked webpage.

If you are not a graduate applicant with a Graduate Self-Service account, you will be sent a ‘magic link’ to access your Financial Declaration Form. If you have been sent multiple emails containing hyperlinks to access the form, only the most recent will work. Therefore, please check you are trying to use the most recent version of the link. If you are still unable to access your form you should contact your admissions contact in the first instance.

If you believe your fee status is incorrect you should contact the Student Fees team. The fee status published on your Financial Declaration Form is a condition of your offer letter and by accepting the FDF you accept that fee status and confirm your liability to pay fees at the level applicable to that fee status. You will not be able to enrol for your course and commence your studies until you have submitted your FDF. As explained on our fee status webpage, it is not usually possible for your fee status to change once your course has started, except in certain specific circumstances.
