Sexual Harassment and Violence Support Service

The Sexual Harassment and Violence Support Service provides a safe space for you to be heard, with advisors offering free support and advice to any current student who has been impacted by sexual harassment or violence. All specialist caseworkers at the service are trained to support you at your pace, non-judgementally and in confidence. 

To arrange an appointment with one of our caseworkers, please complete our online form or email: [email protected]. You do not have to provide any information in your submission regarding what has happened.

About the support service

The Sexual Harassment and Violence Support Service provides a safe space for individuals to be heard, offering free and confidential support and advice to any current student at the University of Oxford who has been impacted by sexual harassment or sexual violence, whenever or wherever this took place.

Oxford is a safe and inclusive university. Sexual violence and harassment are never acceptable, and we expect all our students to contribute to a respectful community of learning.

ISVA

Our Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) works alongside the team of Specialist Caseworkers in the Support Service.

Further Support

There are a number of organisations locally and nationally providing specialist support to individuals affected by sexual harassment or violence, domestic and relationship abuse and stalking.
