Corpus Christi has an excellent college library, centred on the magnificent sixteenth-century Old Library, with around 70,000 books on open shelves. The library has elegant reading rooms, on-line access to a variety of electronic resources and general access to the University network and the internet via Wi-Fi. A new Special Collections Centre and modern extension to the current library opened in October 2024.

The library is open 24 hours a day for members of the college.

Internet access is available in all student rooms and properties. Wireless access is available across the main college site and in all college accommodation

Printing, scanning and photocopying facilities are available on the main site.

Corpus Christi offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities to graduate students.

Middle Common Room (MCR) members can join any of the clubs and societies run by the JCR as well as their own. 

There is a popular college choir, and opportunities to take part in plays and musicals.

Access to most areas of the college is possible for disabled students and ad hoc arrangements can be made, within reason, to suit individual needs.

There is one purpose-built flat off the main site for a disabled student and one room on the main site has been adapted for a wheelchair user. Other rooms have been adapted for the hearing-impaired.

Corpus is a community of diverse people with diverse needs. Senior and junior members work collaboratively to provide welfare support for all Corpus students. There are a range of people who work to meet the welfare needs of students. Sometimes a peer is the right person to talk to; sometimes it is someone older and more experienced. Both are available. The Senior Welfare team consists of the Dean of Welfare, the Tutor for Welfare, a Student Support Officer, an on-site Counsellor and a College Nurse and Doctor, as well as the Academic Registrar, the Tutor for Graduates, and each student’s Graduate Adviser. All graduate students are members of the Corpus Christi Middle Common Room (MCR), where there is a limitless supply of tea, coffee and biscuits available in addition to daily newspapers. The MCR also has a large TV and a computer with free printing.

The MCR Committee organises a varied programme of social and sporting events including MCR/SCR seminars, with papers delivered alternately by graduates and Fellows.

MCR members can dine at High Table twice each year, and a small number of MCR members can sign up for lunch with the fellows of the college every Monday in term.

Graduates are housed in two large houses in North Oxford, close to the University Parks and the University Science area and a 15-minute walk to the college.  Rooms are single occupancy with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.  Laundry facilities are provided on site. Corpus Christi College is currently unable to offer accommodation for families or couples.

The college can provide accommodation for approximately 50 graduates a year; all graduates are guaranteed accommodation for up to two years and all new graduates are guaranteed accommodation in their first year.

The college provides meals in its dining hall every day during term time. Limited student meals are available during the vacations. Meals are paid for separately from the accommodation charge.
