Collegiate Accommodation Support Service (CASS)

Apply once and be considered by multiple Oxford colleges. CASS is for graduate students only.

Accommodation

Finding suitable accommodation in Oxford can be time-consuming and uncertain. The Collegiate Accommodation Support Service (CASS) is designed to make that process easier.
CASS connects graduate students with available rooms across Oxford colleges—saving you time, widening your options, and helping you secure accommodation more efficiently.

Apply now

Applying to CASS gives you clear advantages:

•    Save time and effort – avoid contacting multiple colleges individually
•    Access more opportunities – including rooms that may not be widely advertised
•    Increase your chances – your enquiry is considered across multiple colleges
•    Get tailored support – we match your requirements to suitable options
•    Short-term options available – where colleges can accommodate (minimum one term, case by case)

CASS is particularly helpful if you are struggling to find accommodation, arriving late, or need something at short notice.

What CASS offers:

•    A centralised service connecting you with multiple colleges
•    Access to available rooms across the collegiate estate
•    Support navigating college accommodation options
•    Assistance with short-term accommodation needs

Most rooms are standard and typically include shared facilities. Most availability arises from August onwards, although this can vary by college.
